1. Is there any deposit/material/registration/administrative fee?
You pay only the programme fee and GST, if applicable.
2. Is there any discount if I make an early registration?
Discount is applicable if payment is made for the whole semester before the payment deadline via online registration. However, discount is not applicable for coaching sessions or special round trainings. Please visit www.mathshub.com.sg for discount scheme.
3. Am I entitle to any discount if I pay pro-rated fee?
No, discount is applicable if fee is paid for the whole semester and before payment deadline.
Back to Top4. My child joins the class after the start of semester, will the fee be pro-rated?
Yes, the fee will be pro-rated accordingly. However, if you pay for the whole semester, the worksheets for the lessons your child have missed will be given. You can arrange for your child to come on any weekdays during our Science coaching sessions to consult any instructors available for questions he/she has difficulty.
5. Can my child attend a trial lesson?
Yes, we only allow one trial lesson and an additional $10 is chargeable. If your child is interested to continue after the one lesson, we will offset the $10 and you will pay the remaining fees for the semester. However, trial lesson is not available for holiday programmes.
6. My child finds his/her current class too difficult to manage, can I withdraw my child and get a refund?
Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. We can recommend you to transfer your child to other programme that suits him/her. In the event that your child cannot attend any classes due to timing issue, he/she can attend later and utilise the balance fees within the same year.
7. Can I transfer fee paid for Science programme to Maths programme or vice versa?
No, fee paid for Science programme cannot be transferred to Math programme or vice versa.
8. Are fees transferrable from one centre to another?
No, fees are non-transferrable between centres.
9. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay by cash, cheque or NETS. Credit card (by paypal) or iBanking is available for online registration only.
